Ce travail, dont le titre évoque la revue surréaliste, est une métaphore du cheminement expérientiel en photographie. Les aspérités, les alcôves, les creux muraux évoquent des niches dont le fond obscur illustre la profondeur abyssale du processus d’interprétation et de création. Il s’agit également de faire un parallèle entre la multitude des ressentis et la multitude des niches dans une perspective intemporelle et immuable mis en relief par la figure du Minotaure. Du caractère absolu du Mythe émerge le caractère protéiforme de l’origine créative et interprétative. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une réflexion sur le processus autodidacte.
This work, whose title evokes the surrealist review, is a metaphor of experiential pathways in photography. Asperities, alcoves, wall hollows evoke niches whose dark background illustrates the abyssal depth of the process of interpretation and creation. It is also a parallel between the multitude of feelings and the multitude of niches in a timeless and immutable perspective highlighted by the figure of the Minotaur. From the absolute character of Myth arise the moving aspect of creative and interpretative origin. This project is part of a thought on the self-taught process.
